Terms of Sale

By making an offer, requesting a price, or negotiating to purchase CAMEMA.COM ("Domain Name"), you agree to all terms below, in addition to all terms in CAMEMA.COM's Terms of Use and Privacy Policy.

Your purchase offer is for the domain name registration transfer of CAMEMA.COM only and does not include any website, software, hardware, hosting, or other services.

You are making your purchase offer in good faith with the intent of completing the transaction if your offer is accepted. The Domain Name is sold "as is" without warranty of any kind, expressed or implied. If you are a Canadian resident, GST/HST sales tax will be added to your purchase price.

You intend to purchase CAMEMA.COM for your own use, in good faith and are not intending to use this Domain Name to infringe upon or cause conflict with the legal rights of any third parties. You represent and warrant that you are not asserting any trademark claims over CAMEMA.COM and agree to keep any replies or counter-offers confidential. You agree CAMEMA.COM was not registered nor used in bad faith.

If we receive multiple purchase offers for CAMEMA.COM, we reserve the right to decide which purchase offer to accept at our sole discretion. Domain Name availability and price is subject to change without notice.

The sales transaction becomes binding only when an agreement is executed at an escrow service, or when a written contract is executed by both parties. Prior to starting the escrow transaction, we will perform a final verification to ensure there are no previous issues in selling CAMEMA.COM. Prior to the domain transfer, we reserve the right to cancel a transaction for any reason, subject to a refund of any payments you have made.

You agree an account at a domain registrar may be created for you, on your behalf, for the purpose of transferring the domain to you. Once you have made full payment and CAMEMA.COM has been transferred to you, you are the new owner of the Domain Name. As the new owner, you are responsible to pay annual renewal fees charged by your registrar to keep your domain registration current. Fees vary by registrar and you have a choice of domain registrars to transfer your domain.
